GETTING HERE
FLIGHTS
All guests are required to arrange their own flights unless otherwise selected to include airfare based on market price.
We will have a private bus arranged to pick up our guests at the Florence Airport at a select time, if you do not arrive within this timeframe you will be required to arrange transportation to Fattoria Lavacchio. Don’t worry, there is Uber in Italy! Carli can also help arrange a private car if preferred that will be from 120-150 euros, paid in cash. Taxi stand is also available at the Florence airport and the cost would be around 75 Euros, paid in cash.

Payment
The cost is dependent on which trip you are joining. For single occupancy, expect a $400 increase. Cafe Capriccio offer payment plans if needed. You may pay by credit card or by personal check, note that there will be a 3-3.5% increase if paid with a credit card. Partial payment is required to reserve your room.
Refunds
The cost of the trip is non-refundable after the six month mark of the first day of the trip date. Should you need a refund prior to the six month mark, we will refund all but 3% of the payment(s) if you paid by credit card and will refund in full if I paid by personal check. No portion of the trip is refundable or transferable if not used (example: if you don't choose partake in a tour you will not be refunded the value)
INSURANCE
It is important to consider purchasing trip insurance to provide yourself a financial safety net should you have to cancel your trip after after the six month mark of the trip date. Trip insurance is a personal choice and must be purchased, if desired, by a provider of your choice.
Should a natural disaster or other circumstance beyond the control of Cafe Capriccio occur that trip insurance is your route for reimbursement if it occurs after the six month mark.

Café Capriccio is not responsible for any loss, injury, death, or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule or failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart safely; overbooking or downgrading of accommodations; insolvency or default of any third party; acts of government; bites or attacks by animals, insects or pests; sickness; the lack of appropriate medical care; evacuation to same, if necessary; weather; strikes; acts of God; acts of terrorism or the threat thereof; events of force majeure; war; quarantine; epidemics or the threat thereof; criminal activity; or any other cause beyond its control.
When signing up for this trip, you are acknowledging that you are in good health to travel and aware that this itinerary involves physical activity on uneven terrain.
